English: We want you to feel confident shopping with SABQ. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery — opened or unopened, used or not.
Eligibility for Return:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Applies to all products regardless of condition — opened, unopened, used, or unused
- No questions asked
If You Simply Change Your Mind:
- We accept returns for any reason within 7 days
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged
Refund Process:
- Contact us at contact@sabqkw.com with your order number and photos
- We will review your case within 2 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Incomplete returns without full packaging or missing items
Arabic: نبغى تتسوق من صابغ بكل ثقة. إذا ما كنت راضي عن طلبك لأي سبب، نرجع لك فلوسك كاملة خلال ٧ أيام من الاستلام — مفتوح أو مو مفتوح، مستخدم أو لا.
شروط الاسترجاع:
- يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ الاستلام
- ينطبق على جميع المنتجات بغض النظر عن حالتها — مفتوح، غير مفتوح، مستخدم، أو غير مستخدم
- بدون أي أسئلة
في حال عدم الإعجاب بالمنتج:
- نقبل الاسترجاع لأي سبب خلال ٧ أيام
- يتحمل العميل تكلفة إعادة الشحن، إلا في حال إرسال المنتج بالخطأ أو وصوله تالفًا
آلية الاسترداد:
- تواصل معنا على contact@sabqkw.com مع رقم الطلبك وصور المنتج
- نراجع طلبك خلال يومين
- المبلغ يرجع لك خلال ٥–٧ أيام عمل على نفس وسيلة الدفعك
الحالات غير المؤهلة للاسترجاع:
- الطلبات بعد مرور ٧ أيام من الاستلام
- المنتجات المعادة بدون التغليف الكامل أو ناقصة
