Refund & Return Policy | سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد

English:

We want you to feel confident shopping with SABQ. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • For opened products, refunds will only be granted if there is a clear product defect, damage, or allergic reactionwith documented evidence

If You Simply Change Your Mind:

  • We accept returns if you do not like the product, as long as it is unopened and returned in its original packaging

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged

Refund Process:

  • Contact us at contact@sabqkw.com with your order number and photos

  • We will review your case within 2 business days

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Opened or used products (except in cases of defect or reaction)

  • Items returned after the 3-day window

  • Incomplete returns without full packaging or missing items

نحن نريدك أن تتسوق بثقة من سَبْق. إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن طلبك، نقدم سياسة استرجاع واسترداد وفق الشروط التالية:

شروط الاسترجاع:

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مفتوح وغير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية

  • يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام

  • في حال فتح المنتج، يتم قبول الاسترجاع فقط في حالة وجود خلل واضح، تلف، أو رد فعل تحسسي مع وجود إثبات

في حال عدم الإعجاب بالمنتج:

  • نقبل الاسترجاع إذا لم يعجبك المنتج بشرط أن يكون غير مفتوح وفي تغليفه الأصلي

  • يتحمل العميل تكلفة إعادة الشحن، إلا في حال إرسال المنتج بالخطأ أو وصوله تالفًا

آلية الاسترداد:

  • تواصل معنا على contact@sabqkw.com مع رقم الطلب وصور المنتج

  • نقوم بمراجعة الحالة خلال يومي عمل

  • يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 5–7 أيام عمل إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع

الحالات غير المؤهلة للاسترجاع:

  • المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة (ما لم يكن هناك عيب أو رد فعل تحسسي)

  • الطلبات بعد مرور 3 أيام من الاستلام

  • المنتجات المعادة بدون التغليف الكامل أو في حالة غير كاملة
