Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be processed the same day and delivered the next day

  • Orders after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day

  • In rare cases (high volume or weather), delivery may be delayed by 1 additional day

Delivery Details:

  • We ship only within Kuwait at this time

  • Delivery is free of charge

  • Our delivery partner will contact you prior to arrival

  • You must be available at the provided address; failed delivery attempts may result in re-delivery fees

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate

  • SABQ is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details
